I would like to find some good restaurants in Nuevo San Salvador in order to send a gift certificate to a Salvadorean friend.

Nuevo San Salvador and San Salvador are right next to each other so any restaurant in either place will do.

3. Many fast food chains will also allow you to order on line and deliver directly, although I don't know if that's the type of restaurant that you're interested but at least is a third option (such as PizzaHut, Pollo Campero, etc.)

a very good italian restaurant ist the tre fratelli (www.trefratelli.com). look for the one in the zona rosa, san salvador. another i can highly recommend is the ole tasca (spanish food) with excellet tapas and paella. furthermore, the "la hola" (for mariscos) is very good. these were my favourite places when i was in san salvador last year. all of them are of good quality and not too pricy. you can find all of them (incl. phone numbers) on
