I am traveling to Mudanjiang for the first time and would like to know the best hotel to stay at and if the staff speaks English

Hi
My wife is from mudanjiang so I go there a couple times a year. The Beishan hotel is OK but it is quite old. It is government run hotel. Staff does not really s[peak English. They may know a few sentences but are not fluent. it is very hard to find anyone speaking English in Mudanjiang. You can probably find a translator from the local CITS office. There are some new hotels. One is called Hawaii International Business Hotel. it is much more in the city center of Mudanjiang.
