Nanning Travel Forum

Hi everyone ,i will be in Nanning in 3 months time,and i am looking for some good western restarants? Anyone know?? Thank you so much

I have just had a short holl in Nanning and western reasturants are none existent, you will see lots of places advertising "western Food" but it's not westerners idea of western food.
One good thing, a lot of eating places do have menu's with English sub titles
"Little Sheep" offer Fondu type food which is good fun cheap
Wall Mart have a big store in west Nanning on the second floor is a very good eating place.
KFC Chinese style/Mcdonalds are there en mass
I had most of my meals in little street eating places not big resturants it was good cheap and tasted lovely

When you are in Nanning can you try and contact
Hongdu Lift Co, 23-2 Sixian Road, tel 13152697369 and see if they exist, I am trying to check on a Miss Laing Donge to see if she is what she says she is, I've meet her but still not sure

Hi Terry ,Thanks for the info, I will be in Nanning in March or April for sure ,I can check that address out for you,My girlfriend is from Nanning ,so there wont be any problem with finding address ,As regards acomadation i hace never stayed in a Hotel ,But i can find some cheap ones for you if you like ? I have been there twice .When are you going back there?

I am buying an apartment in Nanning "Emerald Gardens" its on the road that passes the Expo site
780000yuan but what an apartment wow.
