I would like to know if there are any buses which leave from the city of Como to Bergamo Airport. Or, do I need to go to Milan first and then switch to an express bus to Bergamo Airport. Thanks for any reply.

You could take the train to Bergamo via Milan and then take the bus to the airport. It will most likely be faster and possibly cheaper.
There have been many posts regarding the bus service between the Bergamo train station and the airport. Try a search on VTor: http://www.sacbo.it/inglese/index.asp
