Does anyone know of the recent situation with the border with West Timor? I'm thinking of going from Kupang to Dili by bus in about a month's time. Has anyone done this? Is the direct bus preferred over the transfer at the border?

This week i will going to Dili, from Kupang....
if u want go from Kupang u can take travel just pay $18 by Timor Travel. u must call the travel 2 days b4 u go, coz they always full. and they will pick u up where u stay at that time. direct from Kupang to Dili - East Timor Here is the phone and add Timor travel : Branch Office Kupang Jl.Tim-Tim No.8 Km.8 Tlp: (0380) 881543 Welcome to Timor Leste!!!!
