Odense Apartment in Odense
Posted: Tue November 9, 2004 02:52 PM UTC
Hi,

The lab secretary has found a 120 kvm apartment with 3 rooms, tv and internet connection for us (me, husband and one-year -old child). It is in a 2nd floor, overlooking a park. The price is DKK 7000 including water, heat and electricity. Does it sound reasonable or very expensive? How much can water, heat and electricity cost? It sounds really expensive to me... Should I tell her to rent it? She says we can get out of the lease with one month notice if we want.
Thanks!

Dolores.

Hi !
Danmark is quite expensive and 120 square meters is quite a big appartment , so 7000 DK seems to be OK including water, heat and electricity.

It will depend on your salary, if you are able to take it.
good luck !
Michael

Sounds reasonable to me too. I pay almost 7000 SWEDISH crowns in Malmö for a slightly smaller apartment but with one room more. Odense is further from Copenhagen than Malmö but still close enough (and a big enough city) not to be the cheapest in Denmark either so yes, definately reasonable.

120 kvm, 3 rooms, all features and just DKK 7000 sounds really good. Of course, ir depends on which part of the town the flat is, but anyway, I think it's worth renting.

Best wishes.
