Hello... quite new to VT but looks an interesting site.

I might have the possibility of working in Breda in the next month on a 2yr contract and was wondering abit about the place. Where's the areas to avoid getting a flat? How much am I looking to pay for a month? Where would I look to possibly rent with some one?

Basically, just some general "living in Breda" questions really....

Just visited Breda last weekend. Avoid the area near the CSM sugar factory (NW of the train station); rather smelly at the moment.

Finding an apartment in Breda will not be an easy task, Stu! It also depends on how much you're willing to pay and for what kind of an apartment!
Breda, in general, is a very peacefull city there are not THAT many areas you'll want to avoid.
I'd say that north of the train station is not a pleasant part, but still depends on the area.
