looking for a place to stay in the Mactan Island, Mandaue city, Cebu city area. I am not really interested in a hotel. Something small and simple, though I would like a/c. By the beach would be wonderful.

hehehe! I read your note/question, but the best place to stay in Cebu is in Mactan Shangri-La!!! Yummy food, ambiance and beside the beach!!! I love their rooms and people are hospitable...just giving you another perspective...hehehe...CHEERS!

if u dont want to stay in hotels...a pension house by the beach will be nice..boyla in buyong maribago..by the beach but it's quite far from the street.
