I am coming with my family to live in Bonn, can anyone help give an estimate of the price for a 4 Bedroom apartment or house, I have a family of 5, so I prefer a house or an apartment of at least 3 bedrooms or 4 bedrooms.

This would be within Bonn city limits -- 4 room apartments start at 600 EUR/month , including all costs. Rents for good ones will start at 800 EUR.
When looking for rentals, prices often are given "cold" without the side costs. In order to find out the total cost, side costs (heating, cable-TV, house maintenance) come on top of the "cold" rent price and you've got to add another 30% .
