Contiki have a resort on Gt Keppel. Check their website www.contiki.com for details of it and the travel packages.

You could try another option and still catch up with some cool people... you can get a train from Brisbane to Yeppoon and a ferry out to Great Keppel pretty cheaply. They have a tent town you can stay in and the atmosphere is lively.

You're best bet would be to try the contiki resort website or talk with a travel agent about Contiki packages. You can also find out more from the Keppel Bay Marina, where you can catch the Freedom Fast Cats over to the island from Yepoon.
As axerati said, you can also stay in cheap permanent tents or bungalows, which in my mind are much better value than the Contiki resort. The GKI Holiday Village is an excellent option, as are Keppel Haven and the YHA tent village.
