| Yangshou | getting to Yangshou Posted: Fri October 15, 2004 07:31 PM UTC
Hi!
I am planning to travel to Yangshou from Hong Kong or Macau in mid November. Could someone please advice me on the best way to get there? Is it better to go from HK? How long does it take? And how cold would it be in Yangshou? thanks in advance, |

My favourite way to get to Yangshou from HK was to take the fast ferry to Wuzhou from China Ferry Terminal on Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui. And then the bus from Wuzhou to Yangshou. But then I love boats.
The cafe by the ferry pier in Wuzhou did great monk's vegetables with vermicelli, but that was quite a few years back now. ;-) It shouldn't be too cold there, but I am not sure what the temp would be. Have a great trip, Jem
