Snorkelling or diving

Hi,

We are going to Kumarakum and then Cochin for 5 days in December. Is there any possibility of either snorkelling or even scuba?

HI,
As far as i know there is no sucba diving in kumarakom.
enjoy the beauty of green surroundings and back waters.
for sucba diving Goa, or Lakhdives u select.

I do intend to have a relaxing holiday and take a trip on a river boat overnight. Can you suggest any good restaurants in Cochin?

For sea food ABAD PLAZA. for veg - BTH SAROVARAM.

Hiya,
I agree with Ush no diving in or around Kochi, Goa didn't look very interesting for dives either but the Lackshadweeps (lahkadives) now there's a different kettle of fish good diving clear waters and abundant marine life.

Can't make it this time, not enough time. Want to do maybe Maldives with Sri Lanka, Heard Maldives is fab for diving and snorkelling.

Hiya,
Try lackshadweeps they are the northern extremeties of the maldives and are virtualy untouched by tourism.
