is there any accomodations in perast?

There's accomodation everywhere along Boka Kotorska Bay, in all places (towns,villages...) that are just mile or two away from each other.
You may even go without any plans or booking.
The "private accomodation" (the one in private houses made with rooms for renting) is always an option.

I don't know about hotels in Perast, maybe someone else could help about that.

And since you almost speak Serbian you will have even less troubles than an ordinary tourist! ;o)))

There are no hotels in Perast, only "private accommodation", that means... rooms in private houses. Rooms could be rented there on the spot or you should try in some agencies in Kotor. There are hotel in Risan and alot of accommodation in Kotor and Dobrota that are near by.
