Trying to decide on hotel

We've narrowed it down to four choices:
-Tupaq Yupanqui Palace, which doesn't seem to exist except on peruhotelsguide
-Rumi Punku
-Emperador Plaza
-El Ninos

Any recommendations/preferences?

Of the mentioned I have stayed in Emperador Plaza (2002). Not so big hotel, placed one floor upstairs from the street, nice and friendly staff. Centrally placed, one small block from Plaza de Armas. I have nothing but good to say about Emperador Plaza.

This link works for me. We stayed at the Tupac Yupanqui Palace in May during our tour and it was very comfortable. There is a nice courtyard in the middle and I believe the small restaurant inside serves breakfast and dinner.
