dear Harbin Friends,
planned arriving (I hope...) in Harbin on Oct 19th 2004, I was not able to get on internet to download, any map of Harbin city. questions: is somebody able to tell me where I can find it on the web to download or can some body send it to me urgently. Does somebody know where the Ice rink/Stadium (Hockey and figure Skating) is located in Harbin in order to find out which hotel is close to its location?? All is urgent, I tried to get in touch with somebody who declares to stay in harbin, but I didn't get any answer Thanks Michael-Italia |

Dear Tony,
I thank you so much for the web link you gave me I tried to get through the WEB site , I have seen pieces of town with something which should be4 the indication of a bus or tram line, but I wasn't shure that the town was Harbin as i couldn't find any overview plan of the town itself. Its a pity that it is not translated in any foreign language, because it seems to be a very accurate map with a hell of a mess of infos...if you can maybe insert the overview map (if existing) in your VT site i will take it from there. Anyway in about 1 week I should be on site and first thing i'll buy city and road map of the area. Thanks again and if you need some info from most east and west European sites I may help you. Michael
