The Lonely Planet says that it's about 12 KM. A taxi shouldn't cost more than 50 RMB, or you can get a bus. The buses in Dalien are very very good quality and a pleasant way to travel. Yso

The distance from airport to the city is about 12-14kms.
It takes about 20mnts by taxi.The public transport system is good in Dalian from where iam writing this msg.
