Guilin Travel Forum

Hi,
I'll be in Guilin just for one night on September 30th. I'm looking for accommodation in the budget range. Does anybody have any suggestions on where to look? It seems like everything listed on the Internet is quite expensive, but I'm sure there's other places out there.

I'm right now at the Guilin Flowers International Youth Hostel , Its right in front of the train station : Go across the boulevard and wander in the narrow alleys between the drab housing blocks on the other side , I usually take the alley on the right , walk about 50 meters away from the boulevard (rather dark and drab in the night) and then you see a white light sign box 30 meters on the left : It's there , up the stairs . It's brand new , just opened 2 weeks ago , very comfortable , air-con , everything . Price for a bed is 30 Yuan .
