I will be arriving in Dover on the 22nd of September via train, and will not depart on the hoverspeed until later that afternoon. In the meantime, I would like to tour the castle, but cannot figure out what I will do with my luggage. Are there any storage facilities in town?

Just outside the train station is a little sandwich shop which will look after your baggage for a couple of quid. Depending who is on duty at the station they may even look after it for you if you ask nicely, although there are no actual lockers there.
