what modes of transportation are available from lucerne to zuoz?
Train is the best! Zuoz is a little splendid village, it has a train station, and this is well connected to all of switzerland. Once you'll be here, you can than move around with public bus or train. HAVE FUN!!!!

There are hourly connections that take just under 4 hours. You need to change trains in Thalwil, Landquart, and Sagliains.
From Lucerne, take the train in the direction of Zurich (departing 35 past the hour) to Thalwil Change for the train in the direction of Chur to Landquart
Change for the train in the direction of Scuol to Sagliains
Change for the train in the direction of Pontresina to Zuoz
