On Sat. 21st May, came to your beautiful town and couldn't help noticing high in the trees around 2 bags attached high up. What are they there for? a puzzle.
I have no idea. Last Thursday I was at Amsterdam and encountered a tree next to the City Hall loaded with teddy bears. I'll write a tip about that tree. I'm only are familiar with the "Zak van Zuid-Beveland" but that's not what you saw. PJ
