Hotspring spa in Zhuhai

Hi, during my last trip we visited Ocean Spring spa which was a wonderful experience. This time, we will be going during the Chinese Spring festival (February 2008). I need some information on: (a) Food and shopping centre - are the food outlets at Wanchai open during the period especially during the 1st day of the Chinese Spring festival. (b) is there any nearer spa where we can enjoy hotspring therapy. (c) any good shopping centres to visit in Zhuhai. Thank you in advance.
