My wife has a physical problem and cannot climb hills for extensive period. She can do mild climbing. If we go to Zhangjiajie, do we need to climb a lot of steep hills? Are there porters who can carry her over more demanding places? Thanks.
Yes, and has to walk a lot. Escalator available for one hill.

There are shuttle bus travelling around but of course for some spectacular views, you need to reach on foot. The road is well-maintained and I think it should be okay.
