I plan to stay at a hotel that does not provide the Zell visitors card free of charge to guests in 2011. Does anyone know if this card can be purchased from anywhere in Zell.

As far as I can tell from http://www.zellamsee.at/sommercard and http://www.sommercard-zellamsee.at/ the card is only available for guests staying in an accommodation which is a partner of Sommercard. I can find no information on the site about buying it elsewhere.
