Jambo brothers + sailing and other trips

Hi everybody I'll be in Zanzibar for a week in July, at 'Jambo Brothers'. Anybody here who knows this place? I really would like to go sailing. Anybody who knows someone there with a boat and would like to go sailing with me? Other suggestions for things to do, are welcome. Thanks
