We are traveling to Japan for the first time, (the usual Tokyo to Kyoto tourist route), but want to end up with a relaxing, beach/snorkeling location before returning home. Is simple snorkeling (from the beach) possible, or will we have to take boats/kayaks to snorkeling spots?
