Where can I get my laptop fixed?

Am arriving in Kunming tomorrow and I need to urgently get my laptop fixed as it is infected with a virus. Can anyone recommend where I can go where the staff speak good english.

I will be visiting Yuxi this fall and would like help/suggestions about how to get good airfares. Also, is there anything similar to B&Bs there? Any info on shots, medication to bring, etc. or any info would be helpful. Its my first time to China! Thanks in advance tom
