Does anyone know if Degnan's is open in the winter?

    Yes the deli part itself is open in the winter, though I believe it has shorter hours. The ice cream parlor next door is closed I'm pretty sure, though they have a great fireplace heater. And the pizza loft upstairs is also closed in the winter.
