Tuolumne Meadows in June

Sorry to ask this question again, but what are the chances of Tioga Road being open around June 23? I've heard that recently the Sierra Nevada's gotten alot of snow, and I'm a bit worried about whether I'll be able to see that part of the park. Also, if Tioga Road is open, what will snow conditions on trails around Tuolumne Grove be like? Thanks.
