I thought some people may find it helpful to know that the while the website mentions that you can cancel your reservation to get your money back if it is done atleast 10 days in advance, nowhere do they say that it is 10 business days, and although they are open on weekends, weekends do not count towards those 10 days!! So, it actually becomes 2 weeks or more if you have holidays.
