Yosemite National Park Travel Answers

Looking for well developed campground OUTSIDE Park

I will be going to Yosemite in June. I prefer to camp OUTSIDE the National Park because of the camping restrictions on dogs inside the Park. Does someone know of a campground in an area adjacent to the Park with the following features? 1. Federal campground (I want to take advantage of my USFS pass) 2. FLUSH TOILETS (a must!) 3. Shaded tent spots 4. Well developed in general. Thank you in advance for any suggestion.
