Please someone confirm that i can get a visa on land crossing from Tbilisi to Yerevan..

..can someone please confirm that i can get a single-entry visa for Armenia on the land crossing (maxi-taxi) from Tbilisi...how much does it cost and what currency is expected/required? thanks richard
