Hong Kong to Yangshuo Made Easy?

We want to get from Hong Kong to Yangshuo on 20 Dec and return on 24 Dec 2004. We would like local transport if easy and possible. We have heard about train (via Guangzhou) and luxury coach from Kowloon...Can you give us any details? Also, any ideas for accommodation in Yangshuo that is decent but not too expensive? Thanks

    The same question was already answered recently so you might want to check the Yangshuo forum for the answers. I liked the Lian Lian next to the 'square' at the very beginning of Xi-Jie Street but it can be a little noisy.
