Hi Everyone, Now that the Burmese national election is over and Aung San Suu Kyi has been released from house arrest, has the Burmese government now permit visa to be obtained on arrival at the Yangon airport?
Not yet. Nothing was heard about if it's going to be reinstated or not.

There have been no indications as to whether they will bring it back or not. My guess is no, but it's just a guess.

Got my Visa in Cambodia but passing through Bangkok, read that you could still get Visa in Bangkok, but you have to apply yourself in person. Agents cannot get it for you. Cost in Cambodia was20 9presume its the same in Bangkok) and a single entry tourist visa is valid for 28 days.
