Is it still warm for the beach in Mid September in Yalta?

Planning a trip to Kiev and Yalta in mid September. Anyone traveled to Yalta at that time? What is the weather like in mid september and is it considered to be off-season? Will restaurants, night clubs, etc. close for the summer?
