There is a lot of choices of hotels, I was hoping someone my be able to recommend a Hotel in Xiangyang/XiangFan I'm going to be staying for 10 days. Also I wouldn't mind any tips that I can get, as this will be my first trip to China, I have traveled internationally before. So only please post tips related to Xiangyang and China. I don't need general travel tips. Ty for your time.

Hi, We visited China for 24 days during May/June 2011 and found it to be a wonderful destination. We were on a tour for 20 days , but had 2 days by ourselves pretour in Beijing and 2 days in Shanghai post tour.
Out trip included many destinations including a 4 night Yangtze cruise.
I have pages on Shanghai, Chengdu (Pandas) and Ximen ( Terra Cotta Warriors. Feel free to visit these pages and hopefully it may help you plan your visit. Mike
