Grand Mercure Hotel, Xian

What is the easiest way to get from Xian International Airport to the Grand Mercure Hotel in cenral Xian. I am in a party of four.

    You can either take a taxi direct from the airport to the hotel, or take the airport shuttle bus to the Melody Hotel (at Drum and Bell Tower Square). From there you can either walk (about 20 minutes) or take a taxi. The bus is cheaper than the taxi so the advantage is saving money - although with a party of 4 and luggage, it may just be easier take the taxi.
