transportation going from xiamen to hangzhou or ningbo

Hi, i will be traveling alone to xiamen, and m heading to Hangzhou and Ningbo, Via train or bus is there a bus from the international airport of xiamen to its local trains station ?? Is there a train route from Xiamen to ningbo or hangzhou ?? how long will the ride take , and how much will it cost?? and would there many dangers along the way ??? Thanks wilson Manila, Philippines

    There is a train No.2249, from Xia Men to HangZhou, departs at 17:21, and arrives at HangZhou at 14:30, 19hours. There also an airbus from Railway station to the airport, the price is 30Yuan, but I am not sure if they have the route from Airport to railway station.
