if i leave my car at a parking lot near the cozumel ferry, is there a charge and if so, how much?

I will be staying in Puerto Morellos for 8 days and on one of those days I'd like to visit Chichenitza, Vallodolid and a cenote.
Most tours seem to go to Ik Kil but I have read that the best cenote is Dzitnup. Which do you think are the best cenotes and and do you know of any tours which include Dzitnup, Chichenitza and Valloladid?
Or is it possible/easy to visit them in one day with public transport/taxi? How much does this cost?

Are there drinking fountains in Xcaret that a gringo can use? Can you bring in your own bottled water without problems? Or is it just buy theirs? If so, how much? We will be going in Mid March. Where is the best place to get a fishing charter. We will have an 11 year old with us. Also, do they catch alot of fish during that time of year?
