Late March Wedding in Kraft Azalea Park

Hello all! We are planning a wedding for late March and Kraft Azalea Park was suggested; we are from Illinois and we are trying to gather as much info as we can. These questions is for those of you who live in the area. Is the park kept well groomed and clean? Would you suggest a very small wedding (15 people) take place there?
