they are great, friendly and dedicated to thier families and jobs. its a real all american small city or town. it has quite a bit of ethnic diversity if you so choose. it is like many cities around the nation or world. each has its pluses and minuses. you get outta the city what you put into it. if your friendly they will be friendly and then if your not friendly they still may be friendly. winonas love to have fun and enjoy life and they all seem to enjoy the outdoors.
