Where may I get bus and train route maps And scheduals?) for the Wiesbaden- Mainz-Frankfort reigon this December?
Wiesbaden is part of the RMV transport network, you can check schedules on their website. But be warned, it's not the most user-friendly site. rmv.de/coremedia/generator/R... www.bahn.de also gives you information,and is a much better site, but you need to select "local transport only" in order to get all information about buses.

Wiesbaden bus network (day) eswe-verkehr.de/uploads/medi... I also think the DB timetable is easier to handle than the RMV timetable.
