How is the weather by Airlie Beach and Whitsunday Islands in February? We are planning on taking a boat with Avatar for 2 nites and 3 days. Is this a bad time to be there? If so, what other way can we experience the islands at that time.

    February is the wet (monsoon) season, so it's not the best time to be there.
