Coaches from Dulles airport to Norfolk, Virginia?

Hi, Could anyone kindly comment on the availability, frequency & reliability of this connection please? If there is any such service, is it available from the airport, or does one have to go into the city centre? I'm afraid driving (car-hire) is out of the question, as ~I'm inquiring for a non-driving uncle :-( Thank you very much Darshan
