Visiting DC in February

I will be visiting DC (staying in Arllington) the week of February 15th (will be there monday-friday) for a conference. Can anyone recommend any indoor attractions to see that will be open late and near the metro (from Arizona so I dont tolerate the cold well :)? I am also an avid salsa and samba dancer, can anyone recommend a good salsa club, and samba class near the metro?
