There is a full list of museum, you don't need to visit all, only the one you may be interested in

if it is worth or not, of course it depends how much you are interested in
i.e. inside National Air and Space Museum I stayed quite a few hours, maybe who does not like too much, or just interested superficially one hour with lunch included is enough.

cgf, the OP asked specifically about the Frederick Douglass House (OP, note the spelling).
I haven't been there, so all I know is the National Park Service website - http://www.nps.gov/frdo/index.htm
It looks like it's just a 30 minute tour and the Visitors' Center...although I read someplace that it housed the original museum of African art (now in downtown DC)...

I'm sorry, sure, I should pay more attention but I usually focus to the only thing which tells me I can or cannot give an answer before read the question.
T H E L O C A T I O N
It's like a title of newspaper... it does not matter how it's written...
i.e. if you see Obama pic you don't care about the title, you straight go reading the article
here, after the pic (location) when the question is short I just start read it... and when the question is too long I just skip it

Haha, no problem! I was just trying to figure out if the extra Metro ride and bus to the Frederick Douglass house was worth it. I guess it'll stay in the "maybe" column!
