Hi! Has anyone stayed in Medieval Hotel in Visby? I am going to stay there next year, and I would like to hear some opinions. :)
No, but if you look at my Visby cathedral photos on my Visby page, the last photo was taken just outside it. I think you'll enjoy it based on the gorgeous location if nothing else.

Thanks for the answer! The photos are great!;) I know the hotel's location, thought it would be nice to have some comments on the service too. But anyway, I've already booked it. I fell in love with Visby the moment I set my foot there last summer.

Me too. We've just been back over New Year to see what it was like in winter. Fantastic! No tourists so we had the city to ourselves and had great food in super restaurants and enjoyed fossil picking on the beach.

wow! that sounds fantastic! I am also very curious what it is like there in winter - will go there for sure at some point in low season.

Do! You won't regret it. Lots of restaurants and souvenir shops are closed but what's open really feels more genuine and the top places stay open. Locals also talk to you more since they don't get as swamped by Stockholmers as in summer. C
