I see that the weather in Vis for the next 1-2 weeks will be a max during the day of around 22 degrees and sunny: yr.no/place/Croatia/Split-Da... Is that warm enough for the beach and swimming, or too cold to actually go into the water? What is the water temperature like right now? Thank you.
probably you'll be alone at the beach and if you wore a diving suit, yes the water could be warm enough :)

We were on Brac last week - the one day we saw the water temp registered (from a boat sailing around the island) it was 21 degs, but that day, following a huge storm the night before, it was actually too cool and windy to swim. We've been on the island in October in the past and have generally found it too cool for any but the hardiest or most determined swimmers.

I was swimming last week:) 24 degrees... Think it is colder now....I would still swim I think...but again I am from the North...so Viking;)
