Vilnius to Gdansk Without Flying

Hi All, I was just hoping someone might be able to tell me if it is possible to go from Vilnius to Gdansk overland without having to go via Warsaw. Ideally i would like to go by train if possible but not really fussed. Thanks, jimbolta
