We are thinking about 3-4 weeks in Villefrance-sur-Mer in January/February. Are there restaurants/shops/markets/museums open in the winter? Any thoughs about visiting in the winter? Thanks.
Fantastic idea. January has been dry and bright though obviously a little cool There are few crowds like summer so its very relaxed. Its patronised all year round by local residents and Monaco peeps, and the restaurants are all open and fairly busy most of the time. Access to everywhere is easy. We often go January, Later February its a bit more rainy - Spring - February Carnival in Nice has been pretty rainy but good to catch if you can I say go.
