New Years Eve in Villach or Klagenfurt?

Hi everybody! My name is Peter from Trieste. I'm am planning to spend a sparkling New Years Eve with a group of friends in Villach as a first choice or Klagenfurt. I'm staying from the 30th of Dicember to the 1st of January. Can anyone please give me informations on what's going on there and a good place to stay?
